Find Your Inner Athlete

Our members have access to our private, state-of-the-art workout facility in the heart of Midtown. Our impressive array of fitness equipment includes Peloton Bikes and cardio machines overlooking our Olympic size pool complex, as well as full strength training space with equipment including free weights, machines, and more.

From yoga, steam rooms, personal trainers, and an on-site masseuse, we are here to create a balanced program customized to your fitness goals that makes the most of your workout—and your potential. Our knowledgeable and highly qualified fitness instructors are happy to provide our Members with daily class options that are tailored to your fitness level. 

Our Sports Club

Our exercise room has all the bases covered. Go for a cardiovascular workout on our elliptical trainers, treadmills, Peloton, bikes, and rowers. Focus on strength and definition on our Nautilus weight-training equipment, or practice stretching and abdominal exercises in a separate stretching area. The Sports Club offers daily classes including: Yoga, Bootcamp, Pilates and HIIT classes.
